With Presentations, we provide simple editing tools to allow you plenty of control over how your work is presented.
- Flexible Layouts. Find the layout that works best for your files or customize them when needed.
- Header Backgrounds and Branding. You can opt to use a solid color for the header or upload an image. With either option, you can also upload a logo to customize the page.
- Customizable Login Screens. If you password protect your Presentation, we’ll automatically use the color you select or header image you upload as the background for the login screen so that it’s personalized.
- Responsive Styles. Your Presentations are fully responsive. So, whether you’re showcasing your work on a laptop or on an iPhone, you can be confident that your work will shine.
- Better Type. Bolder headings, better spacing, and endless colors make the typography in Presentations an added treat.
- Easier File Selection. Quickly add files to your Presentation by selecting the files you’ve already uploaded to the project. Video, audio, images, Sketch, Photoshop files — you name it.
Share the way you want.
With Presentations, teams can control what those outside their organization can do and see.
- Password Protection. Every Presentation can be password protected and you can set that password at any time.
- Share via URL. We make sharing simple with just a URL. You can copy and paste that URL and share however and with whomever you like. If you so choose, everyone already on the project will get an email notification.
- Version History. In some cases, you might want to show the evolution of an idea or past iterations, while in other cases you might not. We provide you the option to show or hide past versions so your clients and stakeholders see only what you want them to see.
- Download Permissions. You can set permissions for downloads so that clients can download the source assets if they like, or you can lock this down so that downloads are unavailable.
- Fast Disabling. If something was shared by accident (because accidents happen), worry not, you can disable Presentations at any time.
- Team Notifications. As you create and share a Presentation, Cage gives you the ability to automatically send a simple notification to your team of the new Presentation so that everyone is looped in.
